This program is an answer to my many prayers. This body transformation program enables one to build muscle as well as lose fat at the same time.
Talking of building muscles and losing fat simultaneously is deceiving. One cannot really build muscles and lose weight at the same time. The correct thing to say may be within the same period of time. For example 8 weeks.

This body transformation programs takes into account everybody’s goals. Despite everyone having different goals for body fitness, four goals have been identified.

However the main focus of this program is on cyclical dieting and nutrition timing. These terms may be a little confusing as they were to me. However, they are very simple, cycling dieting means cycling your diet. Take for example someone who has selected fat loss objective their diet will be deficit in calories. The Eight Week Body Transformation Program is about cycling your diet so you are in a caloric deficit or a caloric surplus for shorter periods of time. It is however important to note that this majorly depends on the goal selected. The variance in caloric intake is largely dependent on the goal one has selected be it building muscles or losing fat.

Generally speaking nutrition timing is all about when to fuel specific nutrients to one’s body, be it fat, proteins, or carbs.

Expected results
There are four major factors that determine the kind of results that one could expect from participating in the program.

The time period that one has been training-if one has been participating for long enough the muscle gain will be slower. However, it is worth noting that the beginners are likely to gain muscles a lot faster.

Your Muscle Memory – It’s easier to regain muscle that you have lost then it is to build new muscle.

One’s genetics-generally known as body type. For instance there are those bodies that will be more gifted in losing fat and others in gaining muscles.
